•  This page provides information for returning students. 

    In order to maintain the most up-to-date information for students and their families, the Champlain Valley School District asks families to review and update enrollment for all returning students on an annual basis. This process is powered by PowerSchool Enrollment Express and is only available online. Please contact your school for assistance. 

     

    PowerSchool Enrollment Express allows families to update contact information, notify nurses of medical needs, and more. The online/paperless process allows for faster turnaround and more accurate data.

     

    *Letters with initial login and password information were mailed to all families for the start of the 2021-2022 school year. That will get you started with the process below.

    If you need another copy of that initial information, please contact your child's school. 

      

    The online verification process is required for all returning students. 

    In an effort to make the process as easy as possible for all families, district computers and personnel will be available to families that need help completing the online process.

     


     

    See the Create a New Portal Account page on the left for information about setting up your Powerschool account. 

    Once you have created your portal account, please follow the steps below to complete the required forms. 

     

    STEP 1: Open your web browser of choice (Chrome is recommended).

     

    STEP 2: Log into the CVSD PowerSchool Parent Portal.

    • Student(s)names will appear as tabs across the top in the header. If you have more than one student, click on the name of the student in order to access their forms and information.

     

    STEP 3: Click "Forms" from the left navigation bar and choose "A. Student Information."  

    • Once the "A. Student Information" form has been submitted, additional forms specific to your student will become available. Please complete all forms!

    STEP 4: For those with more than one student, you can add the other student to your account by following the steps in these graphics:

    What's Next? School staff will review the registration/renewal forms, review/verify any applicable required documents, and will reach out to the guardian/parent if there are any questions and/or if additional information is needed.
