Champlain Valley South Region Cooperative Educational Service Area (CESA) Study

Purpose Statement

The Champlain Valley South Cooperative Educational Service Area (CESA) brings together the Addison Central School District, Addison Northwest School District, Champlain Valley School District, Lincoln School District, Mount Abraham Unified School District, Mount Mansfield Unified Union School District, and the Patricia A. Hannaford Regional Technical School District to better serve students, families, and communities across the region. By sharing programs, services, and expertise, CESAs help make the most of available resources, expand opportunities - especially in areas like career and technical education - and ensure more equitable access to high-quality learning, all while maintaining local leadership and decision-making.
